• Is the EA set up so that I have to run it 24-hours a day on my computer?
  You can set up the EA according to your own preferences.  The AlterHedge Expert Advisor has start and end time configurations. So, you can program your AM and PM settings according to the Foreign Excnge time zones you’re trading in.

• Can I set up a stop-loss (SL) with my AlterHedge EA account?
  Yes, your EA settings have a stop-loss (SL) configuration. However, given the fluctuations in the market, the EA cannot guarantee that all stop-losses are immediately administered.
• If I shut down my computer or MetaTrader, does the Expert Advisor continue to work?
  No, if the Metatrader is shut off or if you close out your computer, it will shut down. The EA does not function if your Internet connection is inoperable.If you have problems with your Internet connection or computer we recommend to use a VPS (Virtual Private Server) to host your Metatrader 4 and Expert Advisor.
• How soon can I start trading after I sign up for an AlterHedge EA account?
  Although the process takes less than a 24-hours, we highly recommend that you use the demo before investing your money.
• Will I receive a conformation after I sign up for an AlterHedge EA account?
  Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification of your real accounts from Forex.com UK.
